collectables gifts

I was just at the store with my mom, the second time I went to that store today.  We forgot to pick up a few things so that caused us to go back to the store.  While we were wandering around the store, going from one department to the next, I stopped to look at the Barbies and oohed over the collectable Barbies, wanting all of them.  I can't look at the Barbie website, it's too dangerous for me.  There are so many cute Barbies that I want them all. 

It's been some time since I received gifts that fed my inner geek, but I've gotten a few collectables gifts that were too cool.  I think the one person that was notorious for buying me collectables giftss was my older brother.  He's given me a few collectables gifts that would make any geek drool.  Well, maybe not the hardcore geeks, but there are plenty of geeks that would appreciate the few collectables gifts that I have.  I packed them all in boxes when we moved 12 years ago and never unpacked them because I just didn't have the space for them.  But one day I plan on unpacking all those collectables gifts and lining them up in a nice curio cabinet some place.  Probably in my home office so that I can keep my inner, more hardcore geek.
