 I love outdoors sports. To me there is nothing like heading out into the backwoods, with a backpack, tent, and some essential camping gear to spend a weekend camped out under the stars. One of my favorite pastimes is checking out the new sporting goods that are at an online sportsman's store I visit a lot.

 I'll browse through the fishing aisles, the hunting area, and even the rock climbing sections, but my blood gets pumping when I start viewing the camping gear area. There is just so much there to take in that I can stay for hours in that one section. My wife hates doing this with me and will usually find something else to do.

 Outdoor sports, like camping, backpacking, hiking, fishing, and climbing are all great ways to enjoy nature and pass down a heritage to your children. I remember my own father taking me out on Friday afternoon to an area in the woods by a river teaching me a lot about camping, hiking, and just being out in the woods. We wouldn't come back until Sunday night and I loved every second of it.

 My own kids are at the age now where I can take them out and do the same things with them. We just pack up our camping gear and head out for a few days. If you're looking for something that is fun, healthy, and for the entire family, try some outdoors sports.
