My loving grandmother is so sweet and nice that literally every time that I go to her house to visit her she offers me freshly baked cookies and hot tea; that is lovely. Another thing that I have noticed is that grandmother loves collectables gifts. They can range from simple things like collectables gifts such as snow globes, trinkets, or smaller statues, to more lavish collectables gifts like hand painted miniatures or other odds and ends. She loves her collectables gifts so much that she showcases them on a shelf in her living room. I only have time to see her every so often, but whenever I do, grandma lets me know if she has added anything new to her collection. Most recently she was given a crystal owl that is very decorative and beautiful. The eyes are made from some sort of a precious stone and the entire thing was cut by a laser, based upon a hand carved design. I am not sure how many collectables gifts that she has on that shelf now, but I certainly wouldn’t be exaggerating if I were to tell you that they now number in the hundreds.
